Tilting type continuous melting furnace

This equipment is mainly used for large and medium-sized foundry workshop for aluminum melting furnace concentration, through the whole cylinder tilting, aluminum water can flow freely,safe and easy to use.

The main features:

1-The tilting furnace body, a material fast, leaned back to stop the discharge,safe and convenient;

2-The furnace body is made of imported brands of refractory materials and casting materials, and the resisitance to aluminum and the cracking resistance is good, and the service life is more than five years;

3-because of the design of the furnace body,the exhaust pipe is automatically opened only when the burner is turned on,the heat insulation is closed automatically,the heat loss is very little,and the energy consumption is low;

4-The melting pool is provided with a melting chamber and a heat insulating chamber,and the two room is separately heated,and the temperature of the melting poolis not affected.The temperature control of the aluminum liquid can reach±5℃;

5-The international brand of bright flame burner,good heat radiation,full combustion,high speed,low loss rate,metal loss is less than 1.5%;

6-Electronic control system adopts imported components and PCL control,equipped with man-machine inerface,automatic operation,real-time monitoring;

7-The furnace body design is reasonable,the use of large open electric lifting slag door,easy to clean without dead angle;

8-Tilting hydraulic system adopts the high quality brand,strong tilting stablility,hydraulic oil with water hydraulic oil,flame resistance and high temperature resistance,reduce  the fire hazard;

9-Can use a variety of fuels:natural gas,city gas,liquefied petroleum gas, diesel oil,heavy oil,etc...
